Sorano (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a European bathroom-design brand. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard the personal information you share with us when you visit sorano.com, place an order, or interact with our customer support.

Account information: name, email address, and password (stored as a hash).

Order information: shipping and billing address, phone number, items purchased, and payment confirmation (we do not store full card numbers).

We keep order records for 7 years to meet tax and accounting obligations. Account data is retained while your account is active and for 12 months after closure, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Marketing-list data is retained until you unsubscribe.

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored on servers located within the EU. Access is restricted to staff who need it to perform their role. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply reasonable safeguards consistent with industry practice.
