Terms of Service

By accessing sorano.com (the “Site”) or placing an order with Sorano (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are shown for information only and may change without notice. Prices are listed in Euro and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

We try to display product images and finishes as accurately as possible, but on-screen colours may vary slightly from the physical product.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted only when we send a confirmation email containing your order number. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, the price was incorrectly displayed, or we suspect fraudulent activity.

Payments are processed by our payment partners. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the agreed amount. If a charge fails, your order will not be dispatched.

Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days within the EU and the United Kingdom. Express delivery (€49) takes 2–3 business days. Free standard shipping is included on orders over €800.

Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.

We offer a 30-day home trial on every Sorano toilet. If you are not completely satisfied, contact returns@sorano.com within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a free pickup and full refund. The product must be in original condition with all packaging.

Fragrance capsules and bathroom accessories follow standard EU consumer return rules: 14 days from delivery, in unopened condition.

Every Sorano toilet is covered by a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, including parts and labour. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is owned by or licensed to Sorano and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sorano’s total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Marbella, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
